Who we are
The Delta Growth Platform is operated by Delta Growth Inc. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.
What we collect
- Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your email address, name, and profile image via NextAuth. This data is stored in our authentication database.
- Paid Media data: When you connect Google Ads or Meta (Facebook) Ads, we store encrypted access and refresh tokens linked to your user account. We may cache ad account identifiers, campaign IDs, and performance data (e.g. spend, impressions, clicks) to power budget pacing, AI recommendations, and reports.
- Usage data: We keep session data, error logs, and activity necessary to run the platform, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
How we use it
We use the information above to:
- Provide the Delta Growth Platform (Hub, Paid Media, SEO, Content Analyzer, Bort Bot)
- Sync and display your connected ad account data
- Maintain security, access control, and support
Third parties
We rely on the following third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply to data they process:
- Google — for sign-in and Google Ads API
- Meta (Facebook) — for Meta Ads / Marketing API
Security
Ad platform tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users and to server-side operations only. We do not expose tokens or sensitive credentials to the browser.
Retention
We retain account and Paid Media connection data until you disconnect an integration or your account is removed. After you disconnect or request account deletion, we delete or anonymize the related data in line with our internal retention policy.
Request deletion of your data
Meta (Facebook) users: If you remove our app and request data deletion in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, we receive that request and delete your Meta Ads connection and any related cached data (ad accounts, campaigns, performance data) from our systems. You do not need to contact us separately for that.
All users: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To request full account deletion or other privacy-related actions, contact us at hello@dg.agency. We will respond in line with applicable law.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. This page will always be available at the same URL for reference.
